The Administrative Block of the school is a well-planned and spacious building that consists of a vast Reception, a well-laid-out corporate zone, and the Conference Hall. The corporate zone consists of the offices of the Director, the Vice-Chairman, the Academic Coordinator, the Consultant—Healthcare & Awareness, the IT Coordinator, the School Principal, the Accounts Department, the School Superintendent, and the Administrative Officer.
The academie block hosts- Classrooms, Labs and staff rooms. Each of these classes is of rectangular shape and are designed in such a way that the children have access to all forms of technology being set by their teachers. Careful thought has been applied in the construction of the classroom
The pre primary school comprising of the kindergartens and class Planned to be light, airy and child friendly, the block has a computer room, library, assembly area, a multipurpose room with a stage, anti-skid flooring and play areas complete with jungle gym, swings, slides and lots of space for children to claim as their own. Children will explore the adjoining nature zone with plant nurseries, animal petting area, sand pits and splash pools.
School labs are a great place for students which help them enhance their learning by understanding the theoretical concepts of science which are taught in classrooms. Well-designed laboratories not only make science experiments fun but also help students in achieving good academic results .

The School has recently inducted an Indoor Sports Complex which houses Badminton Court, Table Tennis, Billiards, Carrom,
Boxing Practice Zone, Marital Arts and Yoga. This facility is open for the Boys, Girls and the Staff till 09:30 pm

The IPS School operates a fleet of buses that ply on pre-determined routes through Bhopal. Naturally, we insist that you or someone you trust be there in person to drop off and pick up your child from the bus stop. Our buses are regularly inspected by Quality Controllers and each bus carries a staff member with an on-board phone.

Our 25 m X 13 m swimming pool occupies a place of pride. It has a large viewer grandstand and modern filtration systems that ensure international standards of health and hygiene. With a measured shallow and deep-end and constant monitoring by life guards and the swimming coach; swimming is safe, fun and recreational.
In the boarding houses, in classes V, VI, VII and VIII, six children of each class will share a room while children of class IX and above will have separate arrangements, mostly four in one room. To ensure a measure of individuality and to enable longer study hours, children of classes XI and XII will share a room among themselves. These bedrooms are provided with comfortable beds with personal pull out drawers, space for personal clothes and belongings as well as access to toilet and shower facility. Adequate number of clean toilets and showers are provided to ensure proper privacy and hygiene. The staff and Principal's residence is in close proximity of the boarding houses.
